How Convertmio protects uploads and what to do if you find a problem.
In transit and at rest
Traffic is served over TLS. Uploads are stored only for the duration of the job in short-lived storage. Output files are removed on the same schedule.
Malware scanning
Uploads are scanned with ClamAV before processing. A file that fails the scan is rejected and deleted; the job is blocked rather than returning an unscanned file.
Isolation
Processing services run in containers with dropped capabilities and resource limits. Jobs are processed one at a time per worker to avoid cross-job interference.
Reporting a vulnerability
Email support@fyloxen.store with the subject line “Security report”. Include reproduction steps and impact. Please do not test against other users' data or run destructive scans.
Files are processed for the job only and deleted automatically.
