For help with a tool, a failed conversion or an account question, email support@fyloxen.store. Include the tool name, the file type and, if possible, the exact error message.
Report abuse
If you believe Convertmio is being used to distribute malware or infringing material, email the same address with the subject line “Abuse report”. Include the job or download link if you have it.
Response time
Support is handled Monday to Friday, usually within one to two business days. Security reports are prioritised.
Files are processed for the job only and deleted automatically.
