The short version of how to get a clean conversion on the first try.
Quick start
Open the tool you need, select or drop your file, choose the output options, then start the conversion. The download link appears when the job finishes.
Choose the right tool
Use the Documents category for PDF and Word, Images for JPG/PNG/WebP, Audio and Video for media, and Developer for JSON, Base64, JWT and formatting tools.
If a conversion fails
Check that the file type matches the tool, the file is not larger than 5 GB, and the file is not password-protected (unless the tool asks for the password). If it still fails, send us the job details.
Quality and metadata
Compression and format changes can alter quality and metadata. Keep the original file and compare the output before relying on it.
Files are processed for the job only and deleted automatically.
